Events and Activities

Our two congregations share worship services, adult education, and holiday celebrations.

Weekly Shabbat services are held on Friday evenings at the South Street Temple and Saturday mornings at Tifereth Israel Synagogue. Holiday celebrations are announced in the calendar and weekly email newsletter.

Adult education includes weekly Torah study, monthly classes on selected topics, such as Introduction to Judaism courses, Hebrew for adults, and other classes and lectures geared toward adult learners.
